The Legacy at Crystal Falls is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the upkeep of our senior living community in Texas. You will oversee all mechanical equipment, ensure safe and clean resident spaces, and manage maintenance budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proper functioning of all mechanical equipment and systems, including routine and preventative maintenance.
• Execute Quality Assurance controls to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Review and monitor maintenance budgets and cost controls for the community.
• Collaborate with vendors and group purchasing organizations to reduce maintenance expenses.
