Job summary

Maple Park Village is seeking a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor to plan, organize, and direct staff in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and homelike environment for residents, staff and visitors, while adhering to state and federal regulations.

This role requires leadership to mentor aides, promote teamwork, and ensure quality cleaning and laundry services; a high school diploma or GED is required, with supervisory experience preferred, and CARE values guiding daily operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence).
• Experience in institutional housekeeping is preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred; leadership demonstrated in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct housekeeping and laundry operations in accordance with regulations.
• Lead and mentor housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure safe, sanitary and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a homelike environment for residents and staff.
