Qualifications

• Must have prior supervision experience.
• Must be able to read and abide by safety materials.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping staff including training, performance, scheduling, and assisting staff with tasks when needed.
• Report departmental needs to the facility administrator.
• Report building needs to maintenance as needed.
• Provide daily cleaning of main common areas, resident rooms, bathrooms and offices.
• Building cleaning as needed to include baseboards, ceiling light fixtures, and other hard to reach/access areas.
• Responsible for keeping the furniture in common areas clean and free of dust and clutter.
• Perform laundry functions as needed.
• Additional housekeeping and maintenance functions as assigned.
