Maple Lawn Manor in Hydro, OK is seeking a housekeeping supervisor. You will oversee daily duties, train staff, and coordinate environmental services while supporting a compassionate care culture.

Prior supervision experience and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role. You will report departmental needs to the facility administrator and perform routine cleaning of common areas and resident spaces.

Competenze

• Prior housekeeping supervisory, with leadership experience.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform routine cleaning tasks.

Mansioni

• Oversee housekeeping staff including training, scheduling, and assisting tasks as needed.
• Report departmental needs to the facility administrator.
• Report building needs to maintenance as needed.
• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, resident rooms, bathrooms and offices.
• Clean baseboards, ceiling light fixtures, and other hard-to-reach areas as required.
• Manage laundry functions as needed and other housekeeping duties.
