Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is hiring a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor for Maple Park Village in Westfield, IN. You will plan and direct housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure safety, cleanliness and comfort for residents, staff and visitors.

You will lead a team, monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster a caring, professional environment in line with CARE values.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
• One year of experience in an institutional housekeeping department.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct housekeeping and laundry staff operations.
• Lead and mentor staff to meet safety, environmental and care standards.
