Job summary

Ivy Park at San Juan Capistrano, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Housekeeper to clean resident apartments and public areas, with laundry duties for residents and the community. You will work Tuesday through Saturday in a senior living environment that values exceptional service and teamwork.

Qualifications include a preference for housekeeping experience, being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and health screenings including TB tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
