Job summary

Ivy Park at Huntington Beach, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to clean resident apartments, public areas, and perform laundry for residents and the community. The role supports a friendly, courteous environment aligned with the company values.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday with a pay range of $17.00-$18.00 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior housekeeping experience preferred, and a genuine desire to care for the elderly.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
