Job summary

Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, part of Ivy Living and managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and facilities. You will also handle laundry and uphold safety standards while providing friendly, respectful service to residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience, a genuine desire to care for the elderly, and strong communication skills to interact with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
• Vaccination or PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
