Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a housekeeper to maintain a safe, clean community for residents, associates, and visitors. Responsibilities include laundering towels, linens, and resident laundry, plus upkeep of resident apartments.

You will follow standards for cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and ensure laundry room is orderly and chemicals stored properly. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior cleaning experience encouraged and training provided.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred, but we will train.
• Understands the practices surrounding the proper handling of biohazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled.
• Bathrooms, kitchen, and floors are cleaned to standard procedures.
• Vacuuming of all exposed areas and emptying wastebaskets.
• Washes windows and cleans common areas as assigned.
• Maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals per instructions.
