Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred.
• Understands the practices surrounding the proper handling of biohazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled.
• Bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are cleaned to standard and surfaces sanitized.
• Vacuum all areas and manage wastebaskets.
• Washes interior windows as needed.
• Maintain a clean laundry room and store chemicals properly.
