Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred, but training is provided.
• Understands proper handling of biohazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchen areas, vacuum, empty wastebaskets, and wash windows as needed.
• Clean common areas to standards (elevators, halls, lobbies, activity areas, stairs, model units).
• Maintain an orderly laundry room and store chemicals per instructions.
