Job summary

The Arbors of Bedford, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking a Full Time housekeeper to maintain a safe, clean community and manage resident laundry. Responsibilities include laundry of towels and bed linens, and upkeep of resident apartments. The role operates Tuesday through Saturday with a daily wage between $16.50 and $17.75 per hour.

Ideal candidates will be dedicated, proud of their work, and aligned with Benchmark's values. Training is available for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred, but training provided.
• Understands proper handling of biohazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor.
• Clean bathrooms, sinks, toilets, and sterilize floors.
• Wipe kitchen counters and mop kitchen floor.
• Vacuum all areas including edges.
• Empty and rinse wastebaskets as needed.
• Clean common areas per standards; maintain clean laundry room.
