Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year experience in a health care facility preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow instructions; interact tactfully with residents, families and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks per daily work assignments and procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive resident areas.
• Follow infection control practices and safety precautions.
• Clean/polish furnishings, fixtures, rooms and common areas daily.
• Clean bathrooms, windows, floors, carpets and surfaces; handle waste properly.
• Report hazards, supply needs and equipment issues to supervisor.
