Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in Albuquerque. The role involves daily cleaning of apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices, along with sanitizing fixtures and maintaining laundry operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively speaking the primary language of the residents.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties according to schedule in apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes lavatory fixtures and facilities; stocks dispensers.
• Scrubs tiles, woodwork, window frames, and sills.
• Maintains equipment and supplies; collects trash and redistributes laundry.
• Ensures cleaning chemicals are stored properly and cords/equipment do not block exits.
