Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. The role involves cleaning in apartments, common areas and facilities according to a set schedule, with emphasis on safety and resident comfort.

This position supports seniors in a caring community and offers opportunities for growth within a large, certified workplace. Training provided; benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Interest in working with a senior population.
• Friendly and courteous interaction with residents and staff.
• Regular physical activity including standing, walking and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas.
• Sweeps, dusts, vacuums, and mops floors and surfaces.
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms and kitchens as needed.
• Maintains equipment and supplies in a clean condition.
• Handles trash and collected linens per procedures.
• Assists with laundry duties as required.
• Reports needed repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
