Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. You will perform cleaning duties in apartments and common areas, maintain laundry, and ensure a safe, sanitary environment for residents across our Colorado communities.

Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, sanitizing fixtures, stocking supplies, and reporting repairs. Prior housekeeping experience and a focus on serving seniors are preferred.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Interest in working with a senior population.

Responsabilidades

• Performs cleaning duties daily, weekly, and monthly in apartments, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops, vacuums floors, and maintains cleanliness of hallways and entryways.
• Cleans, sanitizes and polishes lavatory fixtures; stocks dispensers.
• Scrubs bathroom tiles, woodwork, window frames and sills.
• Maintains equipment and materials in clean, orderly condition.
