Morning Pointe Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support senior living residents with daily cleaning tasks and personalized care. You will work as part of a compassionate team to maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and independence for residents.

The role emphasizes respectful interactions, reliability, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must have a can-do attitude and enjoy caring for others.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• At least 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Perform weekly housekeeping services for residents.
• Changing linens and making beds.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors.
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaning.
• Dusting and polishing.
• Know residents' personal cleaning preferences.
• Keep common spaces clean and presentable.
• Remove waste from common areas regularly.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures.
• Work safely as part of a team.
