Qualifications

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning in resident apartments, common areas, lounges, and offices.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean floors and surfaces.
• Sanitize bathrooms, sinks, fixtures, and dispensers.
• Dust and clean furniture, windows, and fixtures; maintain cleanliness of laundry areas.
• Report maintenance issues and follow safety procedures at all times.
