Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or similar experience preferred.

• Respectful, dependable and comfortable interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Keep resident apartments clean and welcoming, including bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, change linens, make beds, and other routine tasks.
• Maintain clean common areas such as lobby, hallways, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Provide laundry and linen services; ensure clean linens are available.
• Care for carpets and floors; use cleaning products safely and effectively.
• Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful manner and report concerns.
