Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience serving tables in hotel, restaurant, or fine dining setting is desirable.
• Ability to explain menu items, coordinate meal service, and address requests.
• Ability to work with residents, guests, families, supervisors, and peers with courtesy and tact.
• Strong reading, writing, and spoken English; follow written or oral instructions in English.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare resident rooms after discharges; change linens and restock supplies.
• Assist with washing, drying, folding, and distributing laundry.
• Support special cleaning projects across rooms, floors, and common areas.
• Report any resident or guest belongings found during cleaning.
• Report maintenance needs or property damage to supervisor.
• Clean, disinfect, and store equipment at end of shift.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and staff.
