Friendship Village Chesterfield is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeper for our Skilled Nursing community. You will help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents while making a meaningful difference in their daily lives.

This role involves cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces, following infection control procedures. Rotating weekends, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits are offered to support a rewarding career with us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or a hotel.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established schedules and standards
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces to support infection prevention
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Replenish paper products, soap, and other housekeeping supplies
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department
• Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with Nursing, Environmental Services, and other departments to provide exceptional resident care
