Friendship Village in Chesterfield is hiring for a Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain clean and welcoming living spaces for residents and guests. The role includes day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, healthcare, senior living, or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident apartments, including kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
• Clean hallways, common areas, and community spaces
• Follow established cleaning schedules and housekeeping procedures
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
