Koelsch Communities is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member for The Gardens at Laguna Springs in Elk Grove, CA. This full-time role offers an evening shift (Fri–Tue, 2PM–10PM) with an hourly wage of $18–$18.50, depending on experience, and benefits eligibility.

You will clean apartments and common areas, assist with laundry, and help prepare supplies and carts for daily operations. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus; drug screening and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Prior housekeeping and laundry experience is a plus.
• Must be drug-free and pass drug screening.
• Criminal background check required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas in resident apartments and common areas.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Use mop, broom, or vacuum to clean floors regularly and after incidents.
• Sanitize and stock bathrooms in apartments and common areas.
• Perform full laundry cycle for residential and commercial needs.
• Dispose of trash, medical waste, and recycling.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and dispose of them properly.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
