The Gardens at Laguna Springs in Elk Grove, CA is seeking an Active Living Coordinator to design and deliver engaging resident activities. You’ll work closely with residents and families to assess interests and plan events, games, and enrichment programs.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. The role offers competitive hourly pay ($17.50–$18.00) and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire
• Criminal background check required by state regulations

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events
• Partner with the Active Living Director and Caregivers for our Living Well program
• Perform other duties as assigned
