Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas in resident apartments and common areas.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Vacuum, mop, and clean floors as required.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms.
• Perform the full cycle laundry process for residential and commercial loads.
• Dispose of trash, medical waste, and recyclables.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and dispose of them properly.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
