Inspired Living in Bradenton, FL is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep resident apartments clean, comfortable, and welcoming, including bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and living spaces. You’ll also handle laundry, linens, and communicate needs with residents in a respectful, friendly manner.

We value dependability, attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

What You'll Do

• Keep resident apartments clean, comfortable, and welcoming, including bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, change linens, make beds, and complete other routine housekeeping tasks.
• Respect residents' privacy, belongings, preferences, and personal space while providing services.
• Maintain clean and inviting common areas, including the lobby, hallways, activity rooms, dining areas, and public restrooms.
• Provide laundry and linen services, ensuring clean linens are available when needed.
• Care for carpets and floors, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and other floor-care tasks.
• Properly use cleaning products and equipment while following all safety and sanitation standards.
• Interact with residents in a friendly and respectful way and communicate concerns to the appropriate community leader.
• Respond appropriately during emergencies and assist with community safety procedures when needed.
• Complete required training and follow all company, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Take pride in your work and help create an environment that feels fresh, safe, and inviting every day.
