Job summary

Inspired Living seeks dedicated Housekeepers to keep resident apartments clean and welcoming. You’ll dust, vacuum, sanitize, change linens, and help with laundry while respecting residents’ privacy and preferences. Team members create a safe, comfortable home where residents feel cared for every day.

Ideal applicants have a high school diploma or GED and prior housekeeping or hospitality experience. We value attention to detail, reliability, and a cooperative spirit as part of our Lakewood Ranch

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep resident apartments clean, comfortable, and welcoming, including bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, change linens, make beds, and complete other routine housekeeping tasks.
• Respect residents' privacy, belongings, preferences, and personal space while providing services.
• Maintain clean and inviting common areas, including the lobby, hallways, activity rooms, dining areas, and public restrooms.
• Provide laundry and linen services, ensuring clean linens are available when needed.
• Care for carpets and floors, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and other floor-care tasks.
• Properly use cleaning products and equipment while following all safety and sanitation standards.
• Interact with residents in a friendly and respectful way and communicate concerns to the appropriate community leader.
• Respond appropriately during emergencies and assist with community safety procedures when needed.
• Complete required training and follow all company, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Take pride in your work and help create an environment that feels fresh, safe, and inviting every day.
