Job summary

Vitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean resident suites and common areas in Dallas. The role supports older adults and families, following a structured cleaning schedule and quality standards. Training and onboarding are provided.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks, teamwork with staff, and flexibility to perform additional duties as requested by the Environmental Services Director.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state health-related requirements.
• Maintain any certifications as required by state regulations.
• Desire to work with older adults and their families.
• Projects a positive and professional image.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites according to schedule, including vacuuming, dusting, and bathroom cleaning.
• Clean community common areas and perform deep cleaning as scheduled.
• Assist in Annual Suite Service of resident suites.
• Collaborate with team members to improve resident and family experience.
• Attend onboarding and annual training, in-services and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Environmental Services Director.
