Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, restrooms, and community common areas according to schedule.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces and floors.
• Empty trash containers on a regular schedule and as needed.
• Clean interior windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Maintain equipment and storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow chemical safety protocol and infection control procedures.
• Ensure a safe living environment for residents while respecting privacy and belongings.
• Report concerns or unusual resident behavior to supervisor.
• Report needed supplies or equipment repairs to supervisor.
• Assist with apartment flips or specialized cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Respond to requests from residents and staff promptly and efficiently.
• Report any on-the-job injuries to supervisor before end of shift.
