Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, restrooms, and common areas per schedule.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces and floors.
• Empty trash regularly and as needed.
• Clean interior windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Maintain equipment and storage areas in clean, organized condition.
• Follow chemical safety protocols and infection control procedures.
• Ensure a safe living environment while respecting residents' privacy and belongings.
• Report concerns or observations to supervisor.
• Report needed supplies and equipment repairs to supervisor.
• Assist with apartment flips or specialized cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Respond promptly to residents and staff requests.
• Report any on-the-job injuries to supervisor by shift end.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and operations information.
• Other duties as assigned.
