The role requires at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, along with a strong eye for detail and reliable time management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces and offices.
• Disinfect bathrooms and sanitize surfaces.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and launder linens as needed.
• Follow community cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely per instructions.
• Follow infection control protocols and proper waste disposal.
