Cogir Senior Living is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors across our communities.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms and common areas, following schedules, and upholding sanitation protocols. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living or healthcare and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces and offices.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling; replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens, towels and textiles as needed.
• Follow the community cleaning schedule and safety protocols.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly interactions.
• Respect residents’ privacy while cleaning their living spaces.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation procedures.
