Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors across our communities. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and offices; following schedules; interacting with residents politely; and reporting maintenance or safety concerns.

A High School diploma and 1+ year of housekeeping experience in senior living/healthcare/hospitality are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Disinfect bathrooms and fixtures; replace linens as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling; manage waste per safety guidelines.
• Follow community cleaning schedules and safety protocols; report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Build positive relationships with residents and respect privacy while cleaning living spaces.
