Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate with residents and coworkers in English.
• Must meet health requirements including TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean residents' apartments and common areas.
• Follow a cleaning schedule and safety procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions and submit maintenance requests.
• Provide courteous service to residents and visitors.
