Cogir USA is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents at our Wilmington, NC community. You will handle cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices, while upholding sanitation standards and resident privacy.

The role requires at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, with strong attention to detail and good time management.

Qualifications

• 1 year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Sanitize bathrooms and common facilities.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens as needed.
• Follow community cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Engage with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Maintain privacy and dignity of residents during cleaning.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and per instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols.
