Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeper in Wilmington, NC to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling, replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens and towels.
• Follow community cleaning schedules and safety precautions.
• Engage with residents in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Respect residents' privacy and preferences while cleaning.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely according to instructions.
