You will work with staff to follow established cleaning schedules, lift up to 40 pounds as needed, and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and supportive supervision are provided to ensure high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and chemical safety.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Experience in housekeeping or healthcare.
• Flexible schedule incl evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Familiarity with OSHA cleaning guidelines.
• Patient, tactful, and professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Sanitation
• Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize common areas, offices, and entryways.
• Clean carpets and hard-surface floors according to schedule.
• Empty trash from apartments, bathrooms, offices, and common spaces.
• Clean patios, courtyards, sidewalks, ashtrays, and entryways to maintain a neat appearance.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces in compliance with infection control standards.
• Follow established daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all areas of the community.
• Environmental Maintenance Support
• Maintain cleanliness of courtyard furniture and outdoor community spaces.
