Job summary

Mosaic Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a senior living community in Oregon. You will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming home for residents by performing daily cleaning, sanitizing private apartments, and maintaining common areas in line with infection control standards.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, and prior experience in healthcare housekeeping is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or custodial work.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & sanitation of resident apartments, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing common areas and offices.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces in line with infection control standards.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces and courtyard furniture.
• Assist with environmental maintenance as needed.
