Ivy Park at Los Gatos, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Housekeeper to clean resident apartments, public areas, and work areas, and to perform resident laundry in a friendly, courteous manner.

The role requires at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong written and verbal communication to interact with staff, residents and families. A safe, compassionate work environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments and assigned areas as directed.
• Maintain clean public, common, and work areas.
• Complete resident laundry and ironing.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork through positive interactions with coworkers.
