IVY PARK AT SABRE SPRINGS, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments, public areas, and laundry services with a friendly, courteous approach aligned with our mission and values. Responsibilities include cleaning all resident and common areas, completing community and resident laundry, and upholding safety standards.

Must have HS diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills; background checks and health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to pass background check and health screenings.
• Will comply with PPE and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
