Sinceri Senior Living in Frankfort, KY is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain clean, sanitary, and welcoming living areas for residents. You will follow established schedules, assist with laundry, and support a safe, comfortable community.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and follow written directions to complete tasks.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and visitors.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly; understands their needs.
• Must be able to work full or part time on a regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor; clean resident rooms, offices and public areas.
• Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas.
• Clean and polish room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/AC units in resident rooms and public areas.
• Clean windows and mirrors in resident rooms and public areas.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, disinfecting and deodorizing.
• Clean all hallways, stairways and elevators as necessary.
• Empty all wastebaskets.
• Submit maintenance work orders for general maintenance concerns.
• Report unsafe/hazardous conditions to supervisor and arrange repairs.
• Clean model rooms and coordinate with admissions to ensure move-in readiness.
• Clean employee break room as needed.
• Check and refill paper towels and soap dispensers.
• Assist with laundry duties including linens and towels.
• Follow soiled and clean laundry protocol as directed.
