STERLING ESTATES WEST COBB is a senior living community seeking a hospitality focused Cook to join our team. This role is hands-on production cooking in the Community Culinary Services Department, ensuring quality, safety, and warm service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a culinary degree preferred, and at least one year of restaurant or senior living cooking experience. The position is full-time with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour, experience dependent.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify cleanliness and sanitation standards in operations.
• Produce and serve menu cycle programs meeting dietary criteria.
• Prepare diets in accordance with Policy and Procedure.
• Demonstrate speed, accuracy, and cooking production knowledge.
• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as needed.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service quality and make improvements.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner to support occupancy.
