Job summary

STERLING ESTATES WEST COBB is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. This full-time role supports two Independent Dining rooms, with hours from 10am-8pm for FT and 3pm-8pm for PT.

The dining rooms operate seven days a week, with brunch on Sundays from 8am-3pm, offering a warm, inviting atmosphere for residents. Responsibilities include upholding cleanliness and service standards, presenting food attractively, setting tables, taking orders, and assisting

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in line with Community standards.
• Maintain food quality, appearance, and presentation at all times.
• Ensure dining room appearance and presentation standards are met.
• Set tables and maintain workstations; take orders and provide courteous service.
• Assist customers with menu questions and provide a welcoming dining atmosphere.

STERLING ESTATES WEST COBB is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sever to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

Servers needed for our two Independent Dining rooms, The Grille and The Hampton Club. Pay is dependent on experience and shift availability.

FT hours: 10am-8pm

PT hours: 3pm-8pm.

Our dining rooms are open 7 days a week with Brunch only service on Sundays (8am - 3pm).

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
