Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Lead Caregiver / CNA / HHA to provide compassionate in-home, non-medical support for seniors. You will assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship while promoting safety and dignity.

You will follow care plans, document client status, and communicate with families and the care team. CNA/HHA credentials are preferred, and there is opportunity to grow into leadership with training.
