Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group is seeking a compassionate HHA to support seniors in a home health setting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who demonstrates enthusiasm, initiative, and a genuine love for elderly residents.

Responsibilities include observing changes, assisting with daily living activities, and reporting to the supervising nurse. Must hold CNA or HHA certification, be fluent in English, and collaborate well within a team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
