Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking an Associate Healthcare Director in Hershey, PA to support the Healthcare Director in leading resident health and wellness programs. The role includes supervising med techs and nursing assistants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to care planning and patient safety.

You will collaborate with physicians and pharmacists, participate in training, and help maintain a survey-ready department.

Qualifications

• Current valid RN or LPN license in the state where the community is located.
• Experience in geriatric care and dementia preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness activities for residents.
• Coordinate and oversee medication technicians and nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations and Harmony policies.
• Develop individualized service plans based on resident evaluations and preferences.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching of care team members.
• Maintain infection control standards and survey readiness of resident care.
