Job summary

Casa de las Campanas is seeking a Guest Services & Admissions Coordinator to enhance hospitality for residents, guests, and families. You will coordinate services, support the Admissions team, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality experience across our Rancho Bernardo community.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills with a commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines. Weekend availability is required, and the pay rate is $23–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in health services or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service delivery.
• Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and family members; provide orientation within the first 24–48 hours of admission.
• Check in with new residents and families during the first 5–7 days.
• Communicate feedback to the interdisciplinary team for smooth transitions.
• Ensure completion of admission contracts, consents, and documentation within 48 hours.
• Maintain insurance information and documentation.
• Assist in tours and admissions processes as needed.
