LCS (Life Care Services) is seeking a Regional Marketing and Sales Director to lead brand development and occupancy-focused marketing across senior housing communities. You will work with Operations and Executive Directors to craft strategic plans and drive results, leveraging CRM systems and data analysis.

The role requires strong leadership, recruitment and training capabilities, with a focus on budgeting and collaboration with corporate partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of multi-community marketing/sales experience in senior housing.
• Experience recruiting, training, supervising and motivating marketing, sales and outreach staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective with residents, families, vendors, staff and boards.
• Proficient in CRM, reporting and data analysis; working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction for brand development and positioning, including plan creation, execution, pricing recommendations and staffing as needed to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Directors of Operations Management, Executive Directors and marketing/sales teams to develop and execute occupancy-focused strategic plans across all levels of care.
• Guide community sales staff to execute sales strategies aligned with move-in goals; supervise training opportunities and content delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage performance of marketing, sales and outreach personnel at community level.
• Provide budgeting recommendations for sales, closings, attrition, occupancy and marketing in collaboration with Finance.
