Oakmont of Pacific Beach, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Sales and Marketing Director to drive lead generation, qualify prospects, and guide residents through transitions to new homes. You will partner with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft strategic plans and hit occupancy budgets.

Responsibilities include outreach calls, community tours, event execution, and building partnerships with local groups to boost referrals and occupancy growth.

Formación

• 3+ years marketing or outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and prospecting discipline.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage leads, qualifying prospects for move-in.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and VP of Sales on marketing plans.
• Aim to achieve occupancy targets and budgeted goals.
• Plan and execute events to attract prospective residents.
