This role focuses on driving occupancy and revenue through strategic sales, community partnerships, and engaging presentations and tours with prospective residents and families. The position requires strong sales leadership, experience in senior living or hospitality, and the ability to collaborate with a corporate office to execute marketing plans.

Formación

• Minimum proven sales experience in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to meet occupancy and sales goals and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
